Cadet 2C Hazelyne Pearl Magora, a BS Accountancy graduate of Cagayan State University–Andrews Campus, has been designated as the Cadet-in-Charge of ‘The Corps Publications.’
The Corps Publications is the official organ of the Cadet Corps of the Philippine National Police Academy. This organization provides cadets with an opportunity for practical experience in responsive journalism.
As the Cadet-in-Charge of The Corps Publications, she shall act as the Editor-in-Chief and the official representative of the Cadet Corps, and she is responsible for the overall supervision and operation of the organization.
Magora said that at first, she had fears about the very big responsibility, but with the training and support that her seniors and other members of the publications gave her, she is now confident that they can deliver what is expected of them.
“May takot din nung una pero nandiyan lagi mga kasama sa Kalasag at mga iba pang nasa academy, so this all gives me confidence that we can do it,” Magora said.
“I am very happy and excited about what we can bring to the academy," she added.
With the upcoming graduation of the SINAGLAWIN Class of 2025, they officially turned over their duties and responsibilities last April 23. The outgoing Cadet-in-Charge, and also the Top 1 of the graduating class, Cadet Marc Joseph Vitto, relinquished his duties and responsibilities to the incoming Cadet-in-Charge, Cadet 2C Hazelyne Pearl Magora.
Congratulations, Hazelyne! We are very proud of you!
