Cagayan State University-Andrews Campus proudly congratulates Darlene Jully Caleda, PhD., Andrews Campus Research and KTM Coordinator, for her remarkable achievement at the ARCPP 25th Founding Anniversary and the 33rd National Respiratory Care Week, held on July 22–24, 2026 at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria.
Dr. Caleda presented her research paper titled:
“From Policy to Practice: Enabling and Constraining Factors of LGUs in the Implementation of Smoke-Free Environment and Tobacco Control Policy: A Qualitative Study.”
Her outstanding research and exceptional presentation earned both the Best Paper Award and the Best Presenter Award (Professional Category) during the conference.
