CSU and DA-R02 Launch Partnership for Farmers and Communities
Cagayan State University (CSU) and the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office II (DA-R02) officially launched their partnership today, April 13, 2026, at CSU Andrews Campus, focusing on market linkage and social responsibility.
Campus Executive Officer Terence Tejada mentioned in his message that both institutions came together with a shared purpose: to serve, uplift, and create opportunities where they are needed most.
OIC University President Arthur Ibañez reaffirmed CSU’s commitment to social responsibility, emphasizing its role in bringing services closer to the people.
DA-R02 Regional Executive Director Rose Mary Aquino also expressed commitment to supporting farmers through improved market access, recognizing CSU as a key partner in connecting them to fair markets and reliable opportunities.
