Cagayan State University – Andrews Campus conducted its Midyear Performance Review cum Teambuilding Activity on July 22-23, gathering campus officials for a full day of performance assessment, leadership development, and team-building exercises.
OIC University President Arthur Ibanez delivered the keynote message, emphasizing the importance of adhering to institutional protocols and encouraging the entire campus community to work together in helping the administration achieve its targets for the university.
Campus Executive Officer Atty. Carla Marie Sumigad presented the campus performance report, which compared set targets against actual accomplishments. The report revealed a very satisfactory performance, underscoring the collective dedication and commitment of campus officials and staff in fulfilling the university’s goals.
The program also featured a lecture titled “Empowering Government Leaders to Peak Performance” delivered by Dr. Julius Capili, Dean of the Graduate School and the College of Allied Health Sciences. Dr. Capili provided valuable insights into effective leadership, professional development, and strategies for maximizing organizational performance.
To conclude the activity, participants engaged in a series of teambuilding exercises organized into four groups. These activities promoted collaboration, strengthened camaraderie, and reinforced a shared sense of purpose as the campus moves forward in the second half of the year.
