Cagayan State University Andrews campus welcomed DICT Secretary Henry Rhoel Aguda, together with three Assistant Secretaries of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), namely Asst. Secretary Christian Mark G. Guingcangco, Maria Victoria C. Castro, and Pinky Tumaliuan during their recent visit to inspect the implementation of the DICT Free Wi-Fi for All Program at the campus.
The visit highlighted the government's commitment to providing accessible and reliable internet connectivity for students, faculty, and staff, ensuring that digital resources remain within reach of the university. The inspection forms part of DICT's continuing efforts to strengthen digital infrastructure and support inclusive access to technology in educational institutions.
