Andrews campus was hailed champion of the 2025 College of Hospitality Management inking a back 2 back win, Lallo campus was 1st Runner-Up, followed by CSU Gonzaga Campus, CSU Sanchez Mira Campus, and CSU Aparri Campus respectively.
This year's InterSkills Olympics opened last May 30, gathering student-delegates from CSU Andrews, Aparri, Gonzaga, Lallo, and Sanchez Mira campuses. Organized by the College of Hospitality Management, gave students a platform to showcase their skills in cooking, event planning, housekeeping, bar, and other areas related to hospitality.
This year’s theme, “Flavors of Hospitality: Crafting Skills, Tasting the Future,” focused on training and excellence. Each contest was designed to reflect real tasks in the tourism and hospitality industry.
The annual InterSkills Olympics aims to help students apply what they’ve learned in class through practical activities. Each event tested their creativity, speed, and ability to perform under pressure. Students competed in market basket, event proposal, bedmake up and towel folding, travel blogging, travel blogging, virtual tour guiding, flight attendant showmanship, coffee concoction, team presentation, quiz bowl and flaitending—all within strict time limits and professional standards.
