CEO meets with student leaders

Campus Executive Officer (CEO) Atty Carla Sumigad met with the student leaders of Andrews campus today, April 14, to discuss important matters on student activities.
The forum focused on re-enforcing processes of approval and conduct of student activities in the campus and the community (for extension activities)
CEO Sumigad has acknowledged the existing initiatives of students leaders in spearheading activities however, she emphasized that activities must leave a lasting impact to the beneficiaries.
The goal, the CEO said, is for the student organizations to provide solution to existing concerns of the students in general.
The CEO emphasized there is a need to focus on quality activities not on quantity and all activities will be scrutinized well.
"Only activities that are impactful will be approved", Sumigad said.
Sumigad also highlighted the importance of a good working relationship between the admin and the student leaders.
"My administration have always been supportive of you (student leaders) and your activities. Infact, the CEO's office calls for organizations whose proposed activities should be disapproved, so we can find ways to fix the problems", CEO Sumigad said.
