These awards underscore the essential roles that every sector of the campus workforce plays in maintaining a safe, efficient, and inspiring learning environment.
Additionally, the Loyalty and Service Award will be granted to individuals who have shown unwavering dedication and long-term commitment to the university, further strengthening the institution's culture of public service and excellence.
To highlight institutional achievements, the university will also recognize colleges that have exhibited exemplary performance in research, community extension services, and board exam results, reinforcing the campus’s drive toward academic excellence and societal relevance.
In a statement, Campus Executive Officer Atty. Carla Marie Sumigad emphasized the importance of acknowledging the efforts of the university’s workforce.
“Behind every successful academic institution is a dedicated workforce that often goes unrecognized. Through the Campus Honor Awards, we aim to honor the silent efforts, the long nights, the innovation, and the heart that our faculty, staff, and personnel put into their work every single day. This is our way of saying thank you — and of building a more inspired, unified, and mission-driven community.”
The event is expected to become an annual tradition, promoting a culture of appreciation and encouraging continued excellence across all levels of the university.
